In the app
Open your account settings, choose Delete account and confirm the account deletion. You may manage an active subscription first, but an active subscription does not prevent deletion.
Outside the app
Email igor.tarataiko@gmail.com with the subject “MAKEUP Info account deletion”. Identify the Apple or Google sign-in account you used, including Apple's private relay address if applicable. Do not send passwords, payment details, face photos or other analysis content. We may verify ownership before completing your request.
What is removed
Sign-in identities, sessions, profiles, saved history and associated photos are removed from the active service. Storage cleanup is retried if a service is temporarily unavailable. Minimal opaque subscription, usage and deletion records may remain to prevent fraud and reappearance of deleted results; provider records, logs and backups follow their own retention periods. PDFs already shared outside the app are not deleted.
Cancel billing separately
Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Manage billing in App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for more information.
