The service
MAKEUP Info provides cosmetic ingredient information, comparisons and AI-generated recommendations. You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping your sign-in account secure. Submit only content you are entitled to use. Do not bypass usage limits, misuse another person's account or purchase, or interfere with the service.
AI outputs can contain errors and do not guarantee a product is safe or suitable for you. The app does not diagnose, treat or prevent medical conditions. Check ingredient labels and seek appropriate professional advice about allergies, skin conditions or adverse reactions.
Free and Premium access
Free includes 5 ordinary analyses per calendar month, 1 introductory photo operation per account, and one profile for new analyses. Premium includes 60 ordinary analyses and 4 photo operations per calendar month, up to 5 new profiles and new PDF exports. Ordinary operations share a limit; photo-based selection and consultation share another. Calendar months reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month. A yearly subscription does not provide a year's quota at once.
Guest access allows up to three successful analyses in total or seven days after the first successful result, whichever comes first, within the Free operation limits. Afterwards, sign-in is required for new analyses; saved results remain available. Guest use counts towards the account's Free and Premium quotas after sign-in and does not add a second introductory photo operation. Signing in is free. Purchases, restoration and new PDF exports require sign-in; PDF exports additionally require Premium.
Existing monthly use counts after an upgrade. Changing a plan, restoring a purchase, changing devices or linking accounts does not reset usage. Multiple subscriptions do not multiply quotas. Successful usable analyses count towards limits; failed operations release their reservation. History and previously completed results remain available after Premium ends. Additional profiles remain saved, but new Free analyses use the selected Free profile.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The purchase screen and store confirmation show the applicable localized price, billing period and any store-specific conditions. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. No free trial is promised unless explicitly shown in the store confirmation.
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel under your store's rules before renewal. Manage cancellation, payment details and refund requests in the store that billed you. Cancelling renewal normally leaves access until the end of the confirmed paid period; refunds, payment failure and store adjustments may change access. Mandatory consumer rights and the store's refund rules continue to apply.
Restore using the original store account and the same MAKEUP Info account. A purchase belongs to its original application account and cannot be transferred to an unrelated account. Verified identity linking may consolidate access. Account deletion and uninstalling the app do not cancel a subscription.
Availability and changes
Features require compatible devices and, for new analyses and purchase verification, an internet connection. Temporary store, network or provider failures may delay a result or activation. We may improve features and offer different plans for future purchases. Changes to an existing subscription's price or material terms follow store procedures and applicable law. Contact us if paid access is unavailable.
Privacy and responsibility
Our Privacy Policy explains processing and deletion of your data. Rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded remain available. These terms supplement the applicable App Store or Google Play terms; they do not replace mandatory rights under the law where you live.
